About the Speaker:
Dwight Hood currently serves as VP, Treasurer for Quest Software, an Enterprise software company offering Cyber Security, Information, and IT Platform Management solutions. Dwight joined Quest in 2016 when the company was divested from Dell Technologies and purchased by Francisco Partners (Private Equity). As part of the divestiture from Dell, he built out the Treasury group from ground up implementing all aspects of the Treasury function.. Prior to Quest, he held several leadership positions at Dell Technologies in Treasury, M&A, and Financial Planning & Analysis as well as held roles at Bank of America and UBS in New York on the Currency Options Trading and Sales desks. Dwight has a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from Baylor University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He has been a member of the CFA Society of Austin since 2001 and has served on the Board in various roles including President in 2009-2010.
