    Apr 8, 12:00 PM - 01:30 PM (ET)
Join us on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 |   Extracting the Best from Natural Resources Join us for an engaging and insightful luncheon presentation with Albert Chu, CFA, a seasoned portfolio manager specializing in natural resource strategies. With extensive experience across natural resources equities and commodity futures, including roles at Man Group, BNY Mellon, Citadel LLC, and SAC Capital, Albert brings a deep and practical understanding of how natural resource investments can enhance portfolio outcomes.   Why Attend In today’s dynamic macroeconomic environment, understanding the strategic role of natural resources within a diversified portfolio is more important than ever. This session will unpack key investment themes and provide actionable insights relevant for financial professionals and sophisticated investors alike.   Key Takeaways The Uniqueness of Natural Resources as an Asset Class   - Gain perspective on how natural resource exposures can serve as an effective inflation hedge, provide geopolitical diversification, display low correlation to traditional asset classes, and offer liquidity and alpha-generation potential. Commodity Equities vs. Commodity Futures   - Explore the comparative advantages of investing in natural resource equities versus futures, including considerations around liquidity, dividend yield, sector and stock selection, and performance drivers across market environments. Active vs. Passive Management   - Understand where opportunities lie between active and passive approaches within the natural resources space, and how active management can seek to capture dispersion and mispricing in sub-segments of the broader commodity complex. Current Positioning and Market Outlook   - Hear Albert’s current perspectives on major natural resource categories — including precious metals like gold and silver, and key energy sectors — and how they fit into broader portfolio strategy today.
