Who is eligible to participate?
Mentee applicants should be CFA Charterholders with less than five years of professional experience or current CFA Candidates. University students are not eligible to participate unless they are current candidates.
Mentor applicants should be members of CFA Society Baltimore and Charterholders with more than five years of professional experience.
Application timeline:
Applications will be open from September 3 - 20, 2024. Mentees and mentors will be notified of their match at an in-person luncheon event on October 1, 2024.
Program Duration:
The mentorship cycle runs about seven months (October through April) with approximately a 4-6 hour time commitment. Mentors and mentees should aim to meet at least three to four times in the seven-month period. Emails with talking/touchpoints and reminders to plan a meeting will be sent periodically. Communication should be mentee-driven, with the mentee being responsible for setting up all interactions.
