Speaker - David Manzano, Managing Director Mr. Manzano joined Golub Capital in 2020 and is a Managing Director on the Product Specialist team. He is responsible for supporting business development and investor relations as a subject-matter expert for the Firm, strategies and products. Previously, Mr. Manzano was a Partner, Managing Director and co-head of the Senior Debt Business in the Private Debt group at AEA Investors, where he was responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of middle market club and syndicated leveraged loans. Prior to this position, he was a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Callidus Capital Management, where he managed several collateralized loan obligations. Prior to that, Mr. Manzano was an investment banker in the Leveraged Finance group at Merrill Lynch & Co. and began his career at The Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Manzano earned his BA in Government from Cornell University. He received an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Cancellation Policy

In some cases, cancellations may be accepted up to 48 business hours prior to the function without charge. Should the event be cancelled due to inclement weather or unscheduled closing at venue, the registration fee will be applied to a rescheduled event within a six month period.
