About the Role
Endurance Capital Advisors is looking for a full-time Analyst to join its investment team in Jakarta. Direct exposure to equity research, financial analysis, valuation, and investment recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
* Screen and assess investment opportunities (qualitative + quantitative)
* Analyze financial data from company filings, annual reports, sell-side research, and Bloomberg
* Build and maintain financial models
* Perform valuations (DCF, comps, transaction multiples)
* Prepare investment memos and presentations
* Monitor portfolio companies, sectors, and market developments
What They're Looking For
* Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
* Background in finance, economics, accounting, or related field (overseas education preferred)
* Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Bahasa required)
* Prior experience in IB, equity research, PE, AM, or consulting preferred
* Excel / Word / PowerPoint proficiency
* Self-directed, able to work independently with high ownership

Superbank is looking for a Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Specialist to help shape how the market understands our growth story.
What You’ll Do
* Shape the Narrative – Build and execute Superbank’s investor relations strategy to ensure the company is accurately positioned and valued by the market.
* Engage the Market – Manage relationships with institutional investors as well as buy-side and sell-side analysts.
* Lead the Earnings Cycle – Prepare quarterly earnings materials.
* Provide Market Intelligence – Track industry developments, competitor performance, and insights to support senior management decisions.
* Drive Strategic Transactions – Support or lead corporate actions such as Rights Issues, M&A initiatives, etc.
Who We’re Looking For
* Background in equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets
* Strong analytical thinking and financial storytelling
* Ability to translate complex financial information into clear strategic messages
Experience as an Equity Research Analyst will be an advantage.
