Mentorship Program

What is the Mentorship Program?

  • The mentorship program will match experienced mentors with less experienced mentees. It is a conduit for 2-way sharing, relationship deepening, and community building. The program term is 6 months with 2 in-person meetings required.
  • It will offer mentors the opportunity to give-back to the community, stay current on CFA Program topics, and sneak a peak at the next-generation of talent in the Greater Nashville area.
  • It will offer mentees the opportunity to receive guidance and experience from seasoned veterans. It should increase accountability and the sense of community through the long journey that is the CFA Program and give a glimpse of the different career paths possible as a CFA ® Charterholder.
  • CFA Society Nashville will provide materials/content and training if necessary for Mentors for the in-person meetings
  • CFA Society Nashville Membership & Candidate Services committee will match mentors and mentees. They will consider matching requests made via the application.
  • Kickoff mixer at the start of each term: early July and early January respectively!
  • End-of-term feedback medium.
