Join us at the White Stag on Friday, February 23, 2024, for a special event showcasing the Championship Round of the 2024 CFA Institute Research Challenge.
In this round, student teams from various universities, including the George Fox University, Oregon State University, Pacific University, Portland State University, University of Oregon, University of Portland, and Willamette University, will present their analysis of Umpqua Bank (Ticker: UMPQ) with guidance from CFA mentors and faculty advisers.
The winning team will have the opportunity to represent our society at the Global Investment Research Challenge - Americas' round and potentially the Global Final round in Warsaw, Poland, during the week of May 13th.
The Championship round starts at 4 pm, followed by a social gathering featuring heavy hors d'oeuvres at 5 pm.
